VisChat is the AI assistant that opens on the right of the Viswoo panel. Write what you want; VisChat does it in the panel for you or explains how. Example: “Create a playlist with 1.png, 2.png and 3.png, 5 seconds each”.
How to turn it on
- Turn on VisChat on the Add-ons page.
- The account owner reads the privacy notice and gives consent on first use (see the VisChat privacy notice).
- Press the VisChat button at the top of the panel.
What it does
- Questions: “How many screens are online?”, “What will play on the entrance screen tomorrow at 2 pm?”, “How do I set opening hours?”
- Content: creating and editing playlists (order, durations, shuffle, copies), moving media into folders and renaming it, posters from templates, screen layout, logo, weather cities, currencies and the ticker.
- Broadcasting and admin: schedule rules, screen settings, remote commands, emergency alerts, locations, team invitations, add-on settings, the trash and support tickets.
- Attachments: add images or videos with the paperclip button next to the message box, or by drag and drop.
Confirmation cards and undo
VisChat makes small changes (e.g. creating a playlist, renaming a screen) without asking and shows an Undo button for 24 hours. For actions that affect broadcasting or other people (schedule rules, emergency alerts, team invitations, permanent deletion) it first shows a confirmation card; nothing changes until you confirm. The schedule card also shows how playback changes over the next 7 days, conflicting rules and hours left empty.
Image generator and video (extra options)
- Image Generator: creates images for your screens or edits an image you uploaded. Choose the resolution below the message box (Full HD, 2K or 4K depending on your plan). Ask for “a few options” to get low-quality drafts first; drafts do not use your quota.
- Video: turns your images into videos that zoom, pan, slide or reveal a title; it can also gently animate an image with AI (4–8 s).
- Results go to the VisChat folder in your media library. For exact prices and long texts a template design is more reliable.
Quotas
Monthly request, image and video-second quotas depend on your plan; the remaining quota is shown below the message box. Failed or shorter image and video jobs are refunded.
What it does not do
VisChat does not handle payments, cards, buying add-ons, closing the account, ownership transfer, passwords or two-step verification; it points you to the right page. It never claims a device can do something it cannot (e.g. brightness).
Your data
Your messages and attachments are sent to AI providers (Anthropic; OpenAI and Google for the image and video options) only to fulfil your request and are not used for model training. Conversations are kept for 90 days; you can withdraw consent under Settings > Your data. Details are in the privacy notice.
