Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Viswoo digital signage service (the "Service") provided by [Company name] (the "Provider"). The business that creates an account (the "Customer") is deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Scope of the Service
The Service includes a cloud-based dashboard, player software, scheduling, reporting and related features for publishing content on compatible TVs and devices. The number of screens and storage available depend on the Customer's plan.
2. Account and security
- The Customer must provide accurate information when signing up and keep account details confidential.
- The Customer is responsible for the permissions it gives its team and for the actions of its team members.
- If unauthorised use of the account is suspected, the Customer must change its password immediately and notify the Provider. Turning on two-step verification is recommended.
3. Responsibility for content
- The Customer is responsible for all content published on its screens (images, videos, text, price information).
- The Customer agrees not to publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks or personality rights, breaches advertising or consumer legislation (including price labelling and promotional announcements), or is contrary to public morality.
- If content includes personal data (e.g. images of customers or staff), the Customer, as data controller, is responsible for processing that data lawfully.
- The Provider reserves the right to remove content reported or found to be unlawful and to suspend the account.
4. Fees, trial and subscription
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. All features are available during the trial.
- Service fees are paid in advance according to the chosen plan. The subscription end date is shown in the dashboard.
- A reminder is sent 7 days before the end date. After the end date there is a 7-day grace period; when it ends, screens stop showing content and the dashboard works in view-only mode. Data is not deleted; once payment is made, the Service continues where it left off.
- Provisions on distance selling and the right of withdrawal do not apply, to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, because the Customer is a merchant.
5. Service level
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance in the dashboard wherever possible. The player is designed to keep playing the last downloaded content when the internet connection is lost. The Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Customer's internet connection, electricity or TV hardware.
6. Limitation of liability
The Provider's liability for direct damages related to the Service is limited to the service fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Liability for loss of profit, loss of reputation and indirect damages is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Termination and deletion of data
The Customer can close its account at any time from the Settings page, and can export its data before closing it. When an account is closed, the subscription ends without a refund; support can reopen the account within 30 days, after which the data is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. The Provider may suspend or terminate the account in case of a material breach of these terms.
8. Personal data
Details on the processing of personal data are in the Privacy Notice.
9. Changes and governing law
The Provider may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of [City] have jurisdiction over disputes.
